About

Lexie is a graduate student in Cinema and Media Studies at York University where she has been honoured with the Susan Crocker and John Hunkin Award in the Fine Arts. A lifelong cinephile, Lexie’s research seeks to imagine autism as neuroqueer artistry in art cinema, and in the practice of cinephilia. Her work has previously been published in Little White Lies film magazine, and Bright Lights Film Journal. In her spare time, Lexie enjoys playing the piano, writing fiction, and of course, watching films.
